- Enable the Motion strategy for winning market share and reaching the business targets
- Acquisition from large and important costumers, focusing on F&B, packaging and material handling business.
- Work together and support sales forces with selected costumers.
- Configuration and technical calculation in relationship with the Motion Product Management for costumer motion solutions.
- Create specific offers and project support from beginning to project introduction.
- Negotiate the validated conditions with existing and new accounts based on value selling.
- Be responsible for promoting products in the market and participate in specialized fairs.
- Input for business plans and for FlexMotion product roadmap.
- Track and maintain the sales activities in CRM e.g. SalesForce.
