  • Enable the Motion strategy for winning market share and reaching the business targets 
  • Acquisition from large and important costumers, focusing on F&B, packaging and material handling business. 
  • Work together and support sales forces with selected costumers. 
  • Configuration and technical calculation in relationship with the Motion Product Management for costumer motion solutions. 
  • Create specific offers and project support from beginning to project introduction.
  • Negotiate the validated conditions with existing and new accounts based on value selling. 
  • Be responsible for promoting products in the market and participate in specialized fairs. 
  • Input for business plans and for FlexMotion product roadmap. 
  • Track and maintain the sales activities in CRM e.g. SalesForce.
